Meg Ryan sees herself upgraded from the love interest of an aviator to the love interest of an Astronaut, as Dennis Quaid goes deep to find out just what makes Martin Short so charming, and Robert Picardo is a dude playing a dude disguised as another dude! Tom wonders much cancer Martin Short's character has by the end of this; Josh concludes that they don't make 'em like they used to; Dan figures out what the world needs most of all!

A loving feeling is lost, the team stumbles upon evidence of dark magic, and everyone realizes that Top Gun might actually be pretty deep – as we start on THE ROAD TO INDEPENDENCE DAY!

Dan and Josh realize that there are as many stars in heaven as there are films with Michael Ironside; Tom's mic still sounds like wet garbage; and everyone agrees that Paul Verhoeven is smarter than all of us!
